Returns and Exchanges

Everything is handmade to order with lots of love, so we do our best to make sure it’s a piece you can rock for years to come! But, worse comes to worse, we’ve got a plan.

If​ ​the​ ​item​ ​is​ ​damaged,​ ​a​ ​replacement​ ​will​ ​be​ ​sent, no cost to you!​ If the package is damaged, please make sure to take photos before opening and if the item/s inside are damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours of opening your package. 

​If​ ​the​ ​item​ ​does​ ​not​ ​fit​ ​as​ ​imagined, ​or​ ​just doesn’t​ ​fit​ ​your​ ​style,​ please see here. 

Anything custom made (Either with your measurements or marked as 'Custom' in the title) cannot be returned, but if it doesn't fit we're happy to do alterations to make sure you get the outfit you've always dreamed of!

Please note all products that are worn without underwear (panties, bodysuits, or bikinis bottoms) are not able to be returned due to their hygenic nature, but we are of course able to adjust the fit if the item if it doesn't fit as imagined!
